Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature and fragility of fresh flowers, Lilysh LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the product has been delivered.

Handling and Care Instructions

We take great care in the preparation and delivery of our flowers to ensure the highest quality. However, flowers are delicate and sensitive to temperature, light, and other environmental conditions. We are not responsible for any changes in the quality of the flowers if the delivery was left outside at the customer’s request due to the recipient’s unavailability. Furthermore, Lilysh LLC cannot be held responsible for the longevity of the flowers post-delivery, as we cannot guarantee the conditions under which they are kept or cared for by the customer.

Claims on Product Quality

If you have concerns about the quality of the flowers upon delivery, please reach out to us within 3 hours of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted to contact@lilyshdesign.com with a clear photo of the product. We strive to address any concerns promptly within the terms of this policy.

Recommended Care Instructions

To help extend the life of your flowers, we recommend the following:

• Change the water daily.

• Trim the ends of the stems when changing water, if possible.

• Remove any leaves or foliage that sit in the water, as they can cause rapid bacterial growth.

• Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and high heat.

• If a particular flower variety in the arrangement wilts, remove it to help maintain the overall freshness of the arrangement.
